As the morning and evening chill brings the sense of winter’s arrival, how are you all doing?

Our building has been undergoing renovations since last year, and in December 2024, the coffee shop “Good good not bad” opened on the first floor. Next month marks its first anniversary.

Business hours are from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. You can enjoy delicious coffee starting in the morning. We highly recommend pairing it with our signature banana bread.
