- Do you offer a discount when I book on your website?We offer the early-reservation discount, long-stay discount only by booking on our website.
Please check it. We provide the staying plan of the lowest price on the same condition even if we compare it with any reservation site in the official site.
- Can I leave the luggage before check in and after check out？Of course we will keep your luggage until check in.
- Can you make early check-in or late check-out?It depends on the situations. Please contact us in advance.
- Can the children stay at your accommodation?Yes, they can. Children under the age of 12 can be accommodated without a fee. (The suite room cannot accommodate children under the age of 13) Children over the age of 13 counts as an adult
- Can I send my luggage in advance?It is possible. Please send it to the following address.

- Could you please ship my luggage?It’s possible. We will charge shipping fee.

- Is there a smoking room?For only Deluxe Room and Suite Room, you can smoke at the balcony.
- I will stay on an anniversary, could you help me to prepare flowers or cakes etc?We are happy to help you to prepare anything for your wishes so that it will be a nice anniversary.
- Is there a place to store valuable items?There is a safety box in the room.
- Is there a curfew?No there isn’t. For the security reason, the entrance on the 1st floor is locked from 12am to 9am. You can enter by your room key.
- Is it possible to stay with the pet (dogs or cats)?We apologize that we don’t accept it. Of an assistant dog staying is possible. In the case of a reservation, please inform it
- Could you keep the message for us during the stay.Yes, we do. Please feel free to ask the reception.
- Is there a parking lot?Yes, there is a parking lot adjacent to the building. Our guest can use it 1,500JPY per night(including tax).
Because there is a limit, please refer to the size of the car with can park beforehand.
- Is there an extra bed?Only available for 3 people in Deluxe Room. Please contact us in advance.
- Do you have a bed for baby?We are sorry that we don’t prepare it. There is only baby mat and blanket. If you need it, please feel free to let us know.
- Can I rent CD player, DVD player?Yes, We prepare it. There is an audio player in all rooms.
The DVD player is limited in number, but prepares.
- Is there the room for wheelchair.Yes, it is. Because it becomes only one room, in the case of no vacancies, the room for wheelchair, please forgive it. It is also possible to enter the entrance of the other rooms.
- Is there a cancellation charge?The cancellation fee will occur 14 days before your check-in date because we have just 3 guest rooms. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
- Can I pay by credit-card?Yes, you can use DC, JCB, American Express card.
- When the person except the hotel guest wants to pay the hotel charges, what should I do?We will send them the payment-link to settle on the web. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

- I want to do picture expression with projectors, is it possible?Yes, it is. Please bring the projectors or rent it because we don’t prepare it.
- Can I do the food event?You can use the gallery space. We can also introduce the kiln restaurant on the 2nd floor. Please feel free to contact us.
- Can I do the event or display that loud sound is over?We are sorry but the event that a loud sound is over is not accepted. The staying visitors are on the 3rd and 5th floor.
- Could you make a reservation for the restaurants?Yes, we are glad to help to make a reservation for you. Please let us know the restaurant you like, time, date and budgets…
- Is there a restaurant on the building?There is a “kiln café” on the 1st floor and “kiln restaurant” on the 2nd floor. It’s better to make a reservation especially for the dinner time at kiln restaurant.
- Is there a convenience store near the hotel?There is a convenience store “Family mart” open for 24 hours before the slant of the hotel.
- Is it possible to have a meeting or a party? How can I make a reservation?
- Is it possible to use for filming or photographing? How can I make a reservation for it?
